1. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
They are rich in antioxidants (Vit. C, E, A) – which boost collagen production and neutralize free radicals – and potassium – which help reduce fluid retention and good blood circulation.
2. Consume foods rich in selenium (nuts, fish, seafood, meat) and omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, sardines, mackerel, tuna, flaxseed, walnuts).
