Prepare yourself with a warm bath or shower. A warm bath will relax your muscles and so will you. Mixing the sweat with oil or massage cream would not be a good experience for you or the masseuse. Do not wear excessive makeup or intense fragrances, especially if you have not followed the above step. Don’t eat too much before going to a massage session. The goal is to relax and if you have eaten earlier it will cause discomfort.
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
